Sleep plays as important role your in your physical health.

For example , sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels.

Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.

The recommended amount of sleep for a healthy adult is at last seven hours. 

Most people don't need more than eight hours in bed to achieve this goal. 

Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. 

Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekend to more than one hour.

So sleep is an essential part of our daily lives..
